Since it's inception in 1961, PPC has not seen any changes as radical as what we are suggesting for 2008. We realize that photography itself has changed immensely, as have the needs and desires of photographers and you, our members.

   So, 2008 will be a re-building, re-thinking, on-going project. By no means are the events and dates set in stone. They may in fact change as more members get involved and share their new and unique ideas. We hope YOU are one of those members! After all . . . this association is all for you!

   It wouldn't even exist if it weren't for photographers looking for a creative outlet and an opportunity to learn and share. The friendlier and more fun we can make this . . . well . . . why wouldn't you come!

   We are listening! Not to be cliche here but there are a lot of ideas out there for events, formats, talent, conventions and "hands-on" opportunities. They're your ideas! So go ahead, step up and be heard. We ARE listening.

   And we are hoping you'll volunteer as well. We really believe that if more members volunteered there would be less "work" per person. You do the math!
